Clancy Adams is a driven and successful real estate professional who embodies the belief that with determination and hard work, one can achieve their aspirations. Growing up in a family of builders in Gympie, Clancy developed an early interest in real estate. Determined to break into the industry, he tirelessly pursued job opportunities, dropping off resumes and making multiple follow-up calls until he landed a job at just 17 years old.

Passionate about real estate, Clancy rapidly rose through the ranks, going from receptionist to the top sales agent in Gympie by the age of 21. He seized a unique opportunity to purchase a property management business at 22 and grew it into a thriving agency with a team of 9 employees whilst introducing a property sales division to the business. In 2020, his relentless pursuit of excellence caught the attention of Ray White, Australia's largest real estate franchise, and he joined the group, taking his business to new heights.

Today, as the owner of Ray White Gympie, Clancy leads a dedicated team of 20 agents, from both sales and property management offices and is proud to manage over 400 rental properties. He takes great pride in the success of his agency and the outstanding culture he has cultivated for his employees.
